NCADSA offers many educational and informational publications to assist both members and others interested in the field of Adult Day Services. Those interested in opening programs will benefit from these publications and from attending one of NCADSA's "How To Open A Center" workshops. These are scheduled periodically, as interest dictates.
In addition to its formal educational programs, NCADSA offers support to its members, drawing upon the expertise of other members. Regional Representatives are available locally to answer questions and assist members with locating the information and resources for which they need help. In addition, committee chairpersons can assist members in locating information and resources for a particular topic. Board and committee members regularly attend meetings with other organizations to represent NCADSA's membership and to remain abreast of issues that impact our members. Information on these interactions are published in the "Care Connection" newsletter and in the "Members Only" web.
